I know, everyone hates her.
Yeah, Angie is one of the best trainers in the world and with the kettle balls she’s been trained by the best in the world (I think it was in Russia) and she is considered pretty much an authority on them and she swears by them and the results are amazing when used correctly. It’s also interesting how lately they’ve been turning up in most serious gyms here in the UK now.
I keep wondering when I will see someone do a real pushup and put their chest low to the ground.
The UK trainer Angie Dowd, uses the kettle ball on her team with excellent results.

With the handle? It’s called a kettle ball. Basically a weighted ball like a medicine ball cept with the handle.
flogging litterally is when a person uses a whip with spikes to hit someone but its the same as americans “punish” or “get taught a lesson”
